Refund policy

In order to provide a smooth customer experience from start to finish, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

You can return your order free of charge via a postal outlet or by bringing the items back in person to the store’s address.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags(if included) and in its original packaging.

Please, read carefully the instructions about returning a product, which you will find inside the parcel, and follow the written instructions. Remember to attach the return shipping label(included inside the parchel)when returning a product via post.Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
1. Custom products(such as special orders or personalized).

2. Fragile products( such as glasses, mugs, glass tumblers).

3. Items on sale.

4. Gift Cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The 14-days cooling off period does not apply to all purchases. Some of the exceptions are:

  • Goods made to order or clearly personalized.

The cooling off period expires 14 days  after you received your goods. If the cooling off period expires on a non-working day, your deadline is extended till the next working day.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 20 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at icdsigninfo@gmail.com.

The refund includes any shipping charges you might have paid when you made your purchase. If you requested non-standard delivery (such as express delivery) then the delivery cost can not be refunded.
