Shipping takes 2-3 working days. Please note that on busy seasons the shipping time might be a bit longer.

Delivery methods:

  • We reserve the right to send small items as letters to your home address.
  •  We reserve the right to send items exceeding the parcel terminal maximum dimensions to a postal outlet.

 

1.Delivery to a Posti Parcel Locker or Posti Outlet: 

Arrives within 1-2 business days. Available for pick up for 7 days.You can track the item online or via Omaposti App.


2. Delivery to mailbox:

Arrives within 1–3 business days of sending. Can be tracked.
You will receive the parcel in your own mailbox or mail slot along with other mail. You can track the item online or via the OmaPosti app. 

You will receive a notice of arrival by SMS and email and in OmaPosti.

If the item is not picked up, a reminder message will be sent on the fourth day. Items are stored for seven (7) days. Parcels that are not picked up will be returned to the sender(ICDSIGN).
